Ms. Tumuhimbise Novence is a Board member. She holds a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from African Rural University-Kagadi and is a Member, RHEMD.  Novence has experience of over 3 years in grassroots gender, social, and human rights activism. She strategically supports RFPJ to harness its human rights advocacy agenda by linking it to grassroots actors.
