RFPJ advocates for and supports access to quality education for girls in rural and disadvantaged districts, in realization of their right to education enshrined in Article 30 of the 1995 Uganda Constitution, and Sustainable Development Goal No. 4. In this support, RFPJ provides scholastic and sanitary materials, and school fees to enhance girls’ access to and retention in school. Further, RFPJ works with various educational stakeholders, including parents, schools, community leaders, and education authorities, to identify and address structural and other barriers that hinder girl-child education and empowerment.
