Mr. Ruhundwa Solomon is the Board Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (specializing in Accounting (Makerere University); and ICPAU-CPA Level 3. He is an Accountant at Kind-Uganda.  Solomon has an experience of over 12 years in areas of Finance and Administration, Audit and Tax Advisory, Monitoring and Evaluation, Microfinance Management and Investment, and Research and Strategy Development. He has before, participated in project design, documentation of best practices, and replication of key methodologies in scaling up projects. Through Consultancy engagements, Solomon has been able to broaden his research and development expertise in the spheres of strategic plan making and designing management systems and tools focusing on financial accounting and reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Records and information management, particularly for Private Sector Companies and Civil Society Organizations. Using his expertise in finance and accounting, Solomon offers advisory services to RFPJ but also enriches the Board’s financial oversight roles.
