RFPJ recognises the role of women and gender in promoting and sustaining conflicts and thus, invests in strengthening women’s organisational, leadership and technical capacities in peacebuilding and conflict prevention. Through this effort, RFPJ provides skills and knowledge in conflict mapping, analysis, and prevention, and strengthens the conflict referral pathways for grassroots women-led conflict management structures. In all her approaches, RFPJ involves men as allies in addressing structural and non-structural barriers to women’s contribution to peacebuilding and conflict prevention, and their meaningful participation in peace and security processes.
