Ms. FLORENCE Nankima Ninsiima has an experience over 10 years in Financial Management and specifically, in the application of accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate internal control systems are in place and adhered to. Before joining RFPJ in 2014 as an Accountant then, Florence had worked with several Financial Institutions in different capacities namely; Butuuro SACCO as the Operations Manager, Kyabugimbi SACCO as the Accountant, and ISSIA SACCO as the Accounts Assistant. Florence has also previously worked at Buryansungwe Secondary School as the School Accountant. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Economics from Makerere University in Uganda.
